Dr. Lavigna is a native Clevelander who
attended Miami University prior to receiving
his Dental Doctorate from Case Western
Reserve University. Before joining his
father Daniel in practice, Dr. Lavigna
completed an advanced training residency in
General Dentistry at Saint Luke's Hospital
in Cleveland. He then continued on at Saint
Luke's as an Attending Teacher and in 1984
became the Director of Dentistry at the
Hospital. In private practice since 1986, Dr Lavigna has developed a preventive practice
focused on providing all restorative care to
maintain optimal oral health for his
patients. He emphasizes the individual needs
of his patients' health and provides care in
all phases of restorative dentistry
including Implant Dentistry, Cosmetic
Dentistry, Fixed and Removable Bridgework,
Root Canal Therapy and conservative
Periodontal Care consistent with each
patient's personal situation. He coordinates
patient care with other dental specialists
as indicated. Dr. Lavigna also serves as
Director of Dentistry at St. Vincent Charity
Hospital and Saint Luke's Medical Center in
Cleveland and directs the advanced teaching
program there. Dr Lavigna is a Fellow of the
American Association of Hospital Dentists as
well as a Diplomate of the American Board of
Special Care Dentistry. He is a member of
the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental
Association and the Cleveland Dental
Society. |
Dr.
Leon is a transplanted Clevelander who grew
up in Lexington, Kentucky. Following his
undergraduate education at Xavier
University, he completed his dental training
at the University of Kentucky College of
Dentistry and moved to Cleveland to begin
his dental practice career. As the practice
has grown, Dr. Leon has taken time to
develop trusting relationships with his
patients, focusing on their overall oral
health and the value of prevention and
regular maintenance. Recognizing individual
situations require different options, Dr.
Leon works with the patient to develop
comprehensive treatment goals and can
provide a full range of services in the
office from cleanings and simple fillings to
complex reconstructive cases, dental
implants, root canals, and extractions. Dr.
Leon is also a certified Invisalign provider
which allows for tooth movement without
using traditional braces. Dr. Leon has grown
into a Cleveland sports fan and thinks
northeast Ohio has some of the best golf
courses around. Besides golf, Dr. Leon
enjoys running, spending time with family
and friends, and keeping up with the Xavier
and Kentucky basketball teams. Dr. Leon is a
member of the American Dental Association,
Ohio Dental Association, and Greater
Cleveland Dental Society..
